If you listen to the clip clearfully, to make it clear this is what she is saying , “Maine is role key liye madhur bhandarkar ko apni gaand di this, Lekin mein aaj aapke samney gaand ki baat karne nahi aayi hoon.. mein aayi hoon aapke saamne tano (boobs) ki baat karne.. she is trying to advertise for tele brand breast massager.. She goes on ” Jaise ki aapne dekha hai kuch ladkiya sapaat hoti hai, jaise ki pehle mein chapaat hua karti thi.. bilkul flat aadmiyo ki tarah.. Lekin fir maine paaya TVC ka breast massager… jis se aaj mere tan broad ho gaye hai..” We dont know if she used that massager or not but she surely has very big one’s
